I am a graduate of Georgetown College with a Bachelor of Science in Biology (minor in Chemistry), and a Masters in Education. Prior to becoming a teacher in 2004, I worked at Dow Corning Corporation as a Quality Assurance lab technician and production technician. I have taught a variety of subjects over the years: Biology (9th and 10th grade), Integrated Science (9th), 7th/8th grade Science and Math, Algebra 1, and Practical Living. I also have been actively involved with coaching high school girls basketball for over 20 years and softball for several years. I love working in the schools and helping students reach their goals.
I live in Edmonton with my husband, Josh (Coach Hurt), son Brody, and daughter HarperAnn. Go Hornets!
