Metcalfe County Elementary School hosted its first COW Showcase event for students, families, and staff on March 31. COW, which stands for Creative Opportunity Wednesdays, started in the fall. It allows students to participate in extra, unique programs and activities that are not part of their daily schedule. Options vary every nine weeks. During the showcase, students demonstrated what they've been working on this semester.
